The Harper's Landing Park is one of only six parks in the Village of College Park, and one of only three on the east side of I-45. Harper's Landing Park is both a dog friendly park and a wheel friendly park. Harper's Landing Park also has a pool that features a "sprayground".

Public water sources are available and are BYOD (bring your own dish) for our canine friends. Harper's Landing dog friendly park is located in Harper’s Landing Park adjacent to the neighborhood playground and is accessible via the pathway. The half-acre dog park assumed what was the smaller sports field at Harper’s Landing Park, which was underutilized for play. The Dog Park is open to all dogs and is fenced.
