16th Annual Children's Festival

The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion turns into a giant playground one weekend a year, when they host the Children's Festival, with singing, dancing, crafts and games, experiments and puzzles, fun and games and so much more!

This fantastic festival takes place Saturday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 - 5:00 PM, with full days of fun planned for kids of all ages.

On the main stage, there will be performances by Thomas & Friends, Star Trek Live, Justin Roberts & the Not Ready for Naptime Players and the Richard Renner's REcycle Show.

The FUN ZONE features free balloons, hat making and performances on the Community Stage, plus build and fly kites, pan for gold and play in the sand.

The ADVENTURE ZONE will have hat making, and face painting, interactive games, make your own slime, sidewalk chalk art area and the Radio Disney Road Crew.

The HEALTHY KID ZONE will have physical activities and let children meet professional athletes. There will also be an obstacle course, a giant "Operation" game; an ambulance to explore and a teddy bear clinic.

The ACTIVITY TENT is a constant exploration of games and amusements organized by area businesses.

ART ALLEY is a place where children learn about elements of art through creative, interactive activities.

Tickets are available online or at the box office - Admission is only $8 per person in advance or $10 at the festival. Children under age 2 are admitted FREE! The admission fee includes all shows and activities, so there are no further tickets or tokens (or costs for them!) needed. Picnics are allowed, however, beverages cannot be brought into The Pavilion.
