Magnolia, Texas

Magnolia Texas is host city to the Texas Renaissance Festival which takes place annually over seven weekends starting in October. The City of Magnolia is located at the junction of FM 1774 and FM 1488, approximately 45 miles northwest of Houston and 25 miles southwest of Conroe. The City limit population is small, however; the greater Magnolia area spans approximately 12 miles in all directions with an estimated population of more than 65,000. The area of Magnolia located at the junction of FM 2978 and FM 1488 is directly adjacent to the northwest corner of The Woodlands and features several retail and dining choices.
