The Woodlands Alert, the latest service offered by the Community Associations of The Woodlands, is a new way for residents to receive updates about everything from community safety to parks and recreation programs, all delivered free of charge by phone, e-mail, fax and/or TTY (text telephone).
Additionally, members of The Woodlands Watch who previously relied on a phone tree to receive public safety messages can now sign up to receive messages through WoodlandsAlert. In fact, WoodlandsAlert will soon replace the telephone network messaging system, so Watch members need to act fast and sign up today. Remember, you won’t get the message if you don’t sign up!

Once you have logged on to WoodlandsAlert, go to Edit My Alerts and choose only the types of messages you want to receive. For example, if you are a Woodlands Watch Member and only want to receive messages related to public safety, then select Wooodlands Watch Message. You will only receive messages previously communicated through The Woodlands Watch telephone network messaging system.
Because WoodlandsAlert is considered part of a community watch program, The Texas Public Records Act states that all e-mail addresses and phone numbers provided are confidential.
