Located behind the Woodlands Home Depot at the corner of David Memorial and Tamina Road is the newly built Market at Shenandoah, Texas. The newly completed Woodforest Bank Stadium is just north of retail shopping strip on David Memorial drive. The South Montgomery County / Conroe ISD facility is a 10,062 seat football stadium and 1,000 seat Natatorium and is expected to host many future school events. The Shenandoah Texas Market will service citizens and visitors to The Woodlands, City of Oak Ridge, and the City of Shenandoah, Texas. The occupants of the new strip mall have yet to be announced.

The Portofino Shopping Center is also nearby with a wide assortment of shopping and dining choices in a vintage Italian style setting.
