CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Events will not be rescheduled due to rain out and or cancellation.
- Event is run a 3 tier system:
- Mist – The event will proceed
- Move in Move out Storm – Might delay the show or possibly end early,
depending on the time of the storm but try to proceed
- Monsoon Season Rains – Cancel the show
