Panther Creek Village

The Village of Panther Creek borders the west shore of Lake Woodlands was unveiled in 1977. Panther Creek Village is home to more than 5,000 homes and close to 14,000 residents. The village is named for Panther Creek; an actual waterway which runs through the village and borders the western shore of Lake Woodlands, and includes several waterfront neighborhoods, and two waterfront parks. Panther Creek Village (The second village) is located in the eastern  [or front] half of The Woodlands and offers easy access to Town Center and I-45.

• Parks in Panther Creek Village:

  Along the northern and southern banks of Lake Woodlands lie Northshore and Southshore Parks, two of the most scenic locales in The Woodlands. The pavilion at Southshore Park overlooks “Rise of the Midgard Serpent,” affectionately referred to by residents as “the dragon.” Northshore Park is the site for the annual YMCA Dragon Boat Races and the Community Associations’ “Concerts in the Park” series each spring and summer.   Conroe ISD schools in Panther Creek include Sally K. Ride and Glen Loch Elementary Schools (grades K-4) and J.L. McCullough Junior High School (grades 7 & 8).

• Shopping in Panther Creek Village:

  Panther Creek Village Center offers a Randall's supermarket, CVS drug store and restaurants like Los Cucos and Ace Chinese. Two of the most popular “neighborhood hangouts” include the Starbuck’s and Crust Pizza in Panther Creek. There are also plenty of shops and services for nearby residents.

  Panther Creek Village features a variety of restaurants located in various areas across the village.  Your dining choices extend from breakfast at Brooklyn Bagel, lunch at Lucky Vietnamese Cafe or Los Cuco's and Crust Pizza for dinner. A quick meal can be had at the Taco Bell or relax and people watch while dining at the Randall's Signature Cafe.
