The Cheesecake Factory operates a bakery production facility producing more than 50 varieties of quality cheesecakes and other baked products for not only the Cheesecake restaurant chain, but other leading food service operators, retailers and distributors as well. In fact, just across the way from The Cheesecake Factory, you can indulge in one of their fresh dessert selections along with a hot Starbucks™ caffe latte or caramel macchiato just inside Barnes & Noble. The Company also licenses three bakery cafe outlets to another foodservice operator under The Cheesecake Factory Bakery Cafe™ name.
