New Senior Living Facility on the Waterway - Expected Opening: Summer 2010
Bridgewood Property Co., in its joint-venture with Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, is building The Village at The Woodlands Waterway along Lake Robbins Drive.
The Village at The Woodlands Waterway is a senior living rental community providing assisted living, memory care and independent living units along the waterway in The Woodlands Town Center. The facility is located near the former location of the Pavilion's Silver Lot at 2323 Lake Robbins Drive, the southwest corner of Grogan's Mill Road and Lake Robbins Drive. |

The rental community will offer a total of 207 units; 63 assisted living units, 28 memory care units and 116 independent living units all contained within 240,000 square feet.
The physical design, amenities and services of the senior living facility focus on providing a comfortable, active and secure lifestyle for its senior residents. The Village incorporates a residential scale and style in its design. A variety of indoor areas and outdoor spaces have been incorporated into the facility for socialization, activities, exercise and recreation. |
Construction all but completed on 4 Waterway Square Place, an elegant, Class A office building with a unique multi-tiered design. The building offers the convenience of a covered walkway to the recently completed Waterway Square Parking Garage that fronts on Lake Robbins Drive between Fountains Plaza and Woodloch Court. |

| In the Dining & Entertainment Sector of The Waterway District, expansion continues. Future plans for the area include a new boutique Waterway Hotel (E, below), a luxury condominium tower (F), and an additional Waterway Tower (H) Office Building to complete the corner of Waterway Square Place and Lake Robbins Drive. Further to the south, between Waterway Avenue and Woodloch Forest Drive (south of Timberloch Place) construction has begun on another commercial office space with an adjacent parking garage. |

| Waterway Avenue north of The Waterway began filling in nicely in 2009. Hubbell & Hudson Market at 24 Waterway celebrated their first year at the end of 2009. Rio 24 Cigar Bar also opened their doors (though not so much that the cigar smoke makes it out to the sidewalk) next to the Hubbell & Hudson Bistro. Across the street, Berripop Frozen Yogurt opened a boutique shop next door to Baker Street Pub in 25 Waterway. |

| Just up the street at 20 Waterway, Crush Wine Bar and Grimaldi's Pizzeria are open for business. Crush features a rooftop patio with cabana style seating arrangments and wonderful views of Waterway Square Park. Below, Grimaldi's fills out the street and Park levels, and brought the first coal-fired pizza oven to The Waterway. Just around the corner, the Which Wich Sandwich Shop on Lake Robbins Drive is open for business next door to Woodforest National Bank at the entrance to The Woodlands Waterway Marriott. |

21 Waterway Avenue is home to The Goose's Acre and America's, both with patio seating right on The Waterway. Both The Goose's Acre and America's are split level with street leven access on Waterway Avenue. America's features the 1492 Lounge upstairs with semi-private, lush seating areas. At 25 Waterway, Baker Street Pub, also known as Sherlock's Pub, has ample outdoor seating and tables along Waterway Avenue, and features live music several nights a week. Baker Street Pub is an authentic English pub complete with a large selection of draught beers and ales.
